Can we signup in middle of the Financial Year? How do I move my existing Payroll Info?
Yes, you can sign up in the middle of the financial year. The existing payrolls data will be imported into our software.
Can you process end of year Form 16, 26A and other reports?
This is part of our service and we will process these at the end of every financial year.
How much time does it require to migrate the payroll to MPS MANAGEMENT SERVICES?
We provide our clients with a simple check list and the master is created in 15 business days depending on the nos of employees.
Does MPS MANAGEMENT SERVICES handle payroll in other states?
Yes, we handle payroll across PAN India .
Can you help with payroll related compliance?
Our payroll software generates PF, PT, ESIC and LWF chalans.
Do you generate a bank file that can be uploaded directly in my bank?
Yes, we can generate bank file for any of the authorized banks, in the format that is expected by the bank. We can also upload to your bank portal.
Do you provide an APP to mark attendance for employees on outdoor duty or WFH mode?
Yes, we do have an APP where employees can mark & regularize their attendance, download salary slip/ Form 16, request for leave and many more features.
Can you arrange to pay our employees on our behalf?
Yes, we can do that for you.
When should you outsource payroll?
Payroll can be outsourced at any time during the year and does not need to be linked to the end of the tax year. MPS MANAGEMENT SERVICES has robust processes that allows seamless transition even during mid-year and ensures that all statutory filings and compliances are adequately covered.
